1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the tbaj platform — including the website at tbaj.one, the sportsbook, the online casino, any bonus or promotional offer, and any associated payment service — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the tbaj platform.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the tbaj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tbaj. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on tbaj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tbaj does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place any wager on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and on your own behalf. Accounts may not be opened by corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. False information will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period currently in effect on the tbaj platform or on any platform operated by tbaj's service providers.
• You must be using funds that are legitimately yours. tbaj prohibits the use of the platform for money laundering or for processing funds of illegal origin.

tbaj reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until verification is complete. Winnings accrued during a period of unverified status may be held pending successful KYC completion.

3. Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Person

Each natural person may register and maintain only one tbaj account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tbaj will close all but the earliest verified account and may forfeit any balances or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbaj username and password. tbaj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your tbaj account that you do not use on any other website or service.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify tbaj support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting tbaj support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method before closure. tbaj reserves the right to close accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice and to withhold balances pending investigation where fraud or abuse is suspected.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit at tbaj is ৳500 per transaction via any supported mobile wallet or card method. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tbaj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your tbaj balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for mobile wallet transfers.

• Supported deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• tbaj does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• tbaj reserves the right to refuse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or where the payment method cannot be verified.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals at tbaj are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but will not receive withdrawal payments.
• Most withdrawals for verified accounts are completed within 1 to 4 hours. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tbaj offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each bonus will be stated in the bonus offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• tbaj reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the bonus terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusive play, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

tbaj reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any bonus in circumstances where it reasonably believes the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL tournaments will carry their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on tbaj are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds prior to confirmation. tbaj will not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in cases of verified technical error on the part of tbaj's systems. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

Voided and Cancelled Bets

tbaj reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where an event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed.
• Where odds were published due to a technical error and were materially incorrect at the time the bet was placed.
• Where tbaj has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of an event has been compromised.

Casino Game Rules

All casino games on tbaj are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, with live human dealers whose actions are streamed in real time. Game outcomes are determined solely by the game engine or the live dealer and are not influenced by tbaj or by the player's wagering history. Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return of each game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbaj platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one tbaj account, or assisting another person to open duplicate accounts.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or with tbaj employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the tbaj platform for financial gain.

tbaj may share information about prohibited conduct with other gaming operators, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies where required by applicable regulations or where tbaj determines it is in the public interest to do so.

8. Responsible Gaming

tbaj is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your tbaj account.
• Session time reminders — receive an alert after a pre-set duration of continuous play to help you keep track of time spent gaming.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tbaj platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if tbaj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tbaj's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to your tbaj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tbaj platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of tbaj or its licensors. No part of the tbaj platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written permission of tbaj.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tbaj platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the tbaj platform.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

tbaj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a tbaj account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
